Dr. Yono, a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), practices general neurology with fellowship trained specialization in clinical neurophysiology.
Dr. Yono enjoys the challenging nature of neurology. She is particularly interested in headache and multiple sclerosis. She also takes a special interest in epilepsy, EEG and EMG procedures, Botulinum toxin therapy, muscle diseases, and peripheral neuropathy. She is highly trained in performing nerve conduction studies and EMGs, and in interpreting EEGs. She has authored several publications and had multiple medical presentations that have appeared in medical journals. Her patients love her nice demeanor and appreciate her knowledge and dedication towards them.
When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Yono enjoys listening to different types of music, and she appreciates cultural dances. Singing is one of her hobbies since childhood. Dr. Yono has two sons, and spending time with them and her husband in the outdoors is an important weekend activity that she tries to keep.

Dr. Kashouty finds the form and function of the nerves and muscles the most interesting part of neurology, which is what lead him to specialize in neurophysiology with more emphasis on neuromuscular conditions. He treats all neurological diseases, but his main focus is to treat and manage headaches, movement disorders and neuromuscular diseases. He is highly trained in performing nerve conduction studies and EMGs, botox treatments and always takes his time to help patients understand their diagnosis. During his last year of residency training in Mount Sinai Beth Israel, he was a chief resident. He has authored several publications and had multiple medical presentations that have appeared in medical journals.
When he isn’t wearing his white coat, Dr. Kashouty is either watching or playing soccer, swimming, cooking or gardening. In his free time, he can also be found spending time with his wife and his two sons enjoying the outdoors in sunny Florida, especially after spending a few years of his medical training in Michigan, or as he calls it “the coldest place on earth.”

Colton Keener is a national member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and local member of Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Colton enjoys the complex and challenging cases associated with neurology. Providing quality care, understanding, hope, and reassurance to his patients are a few of the rewarding aspects of his job.
When Colton is not practicing medicine, he enjoys going to the beach, hunting, attending concerts as well as working out.
Alyssa grew up in Highland, Illinois, located an hour outside of St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Physician Assistant Studies. In 2015, Alyssa began her medical training at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program in Harrogate, Tennessee. While in school, she spent a year of clinical rotations on the Treasure Coast of Florida, where she would soon begin her career as a licensed Physician Assistant after graduating with her Master of Medical Sciences in August of 2017.
Alyssa’s hobbies include hiking, reading, and traveling. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, husband, and their pets, Phoebe and Gunther.
Mary was born in Havana but grew up in Weston, FL located an hour outside of Miami. She graduated from Florida International University in 2020 with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Biology. In 2022, Mary began her medical training at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program in Harrogate, TN. While in school, she spent a year of clinical rotations between West and East Central FL. After graduating in 2024 with her Master of Medical Sciences degree, she began her career as a licensed Physician Assistant with Premier Neurology.
Mary’s hobbies include reading, crafting, and enjoying the beautiful beaches of the Treasure Coast. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, her fiancée, and their cat Meeko. She is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Monica is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neurotoxins for Migraine, Hyperhidrosis, TMJ and Cervical Dystonia. She completed her bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing with a program focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the medical field with a background as a Paramedic and Emergency Room nurse.
With a passion for Medical Aesthetics, she performs comprehensive cosmetic evaluations and advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers. She has undergone extensive injection training with some of the top physicians in the industry.
She is originally a native Floridian who currently lives with her husband & two children. Her hobbies include running, boating, fishing, and traveling. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, husband, and their pet chickens and bunny “bun bun”.
Olga has an international background, having been born in Russia and living for an extended period of time in the UK, Thailand, and Israel. In 2018 she graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at Hartford Hospital, CT, in a Neurology and Epilepsy Unit. She went on to pursue a graduate degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Miami in 2021. After a year of Oncology experience, she came back to work in her beloved field of Neurology.
Olga is married, has an 8-year-old son and a chocolate Labrador. She enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and drawing.
May Zegar is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for patient care and a specialized background in neurology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and honed her clinical skills at the bedside for several years. Driven by her commitment to advancing her expertise, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami.
With extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, May has worked closely with patients experiencing a range of neurological conditions, including headaches, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, and epilepsy. Her clinical acumen is complemented by her dedication to providing compassionate care and effective communication, ensuring that patients fully understand their health and treatment options.
As a licensed nurse practitioner in Florida, May is actively involved in her professional community. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses.
Outside of her professional life, May enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Mika and Rocky. She is also an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and cultures.
May’s commitment to her patients and her field, combined with her approachable bedside manner, makes her a trusted partner in health and wellness.
