Welcome to Premier Neurology & Wellness Center. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services.

By providing your consent to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from Premier Neurology & Wellness Center at the phone number you provide. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving care, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing any goods or services from us.

- Verbally, during a conversation with our staff
- By completing a paper or electronic patient form at one of our offices

- You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP.”

6. Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to that number. If you would like to resume receiving messages, you may opt in again using any of the methods described above.
