After spending the last 12 years in Michigan working in the automotive industry as an engineering analyst, Sam decided to shift gears and move his family to sunny Florida to establish what is known today as the greatest Neurology practice on the Treasure Coast.
While moving and managing the business, Sam completed his 8 years of military experience with multiple years of overseas involvement that installed Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage.
Moving onward, Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management to allow him to better manage and implement the business process of Premier Neurology as well as patient care and compliance.
On his off time, Sam is passionate about bodybuilding, working out and competing as well as spending time with the family. Sam enjoys travel and exploring new places.
Mayuree has been part of the Premier Neurology and Wellness Center family since May of 2021. She started her career in the medical field 7 years ago as a Clinical Medical Assistant and quickly rose to Practice Administrator while in Chicago and New York. Mayuree hopes to bring a positive change to the Stuart, FL area as our Office Manager. She studied Global Health/Epidemiology and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and watching basketball.

Samantha is our medical records coordinator. She is currently enrolled at IRSC, majoring in psychology. Her years of customer service experience has had a wonderful influence on her kind patient interaction and care. In her spare time she is taking care of her exotic pets, including her bearded dragon and sphynx cat. She truly loves to help our patient in any way she can, which makes her the perfect fit if you’re looking for someone to go above and beyond for your care.
